Lysinibacillus sphaericus (früher Bacillus sphaericus) ist eine Gram-positive Bakterienspezies, deren Peptidoglycanzellwand das namensgebende Lysin sowie Asparaginsäure, Alanin und Glutaminsäure enthält.
